Cancellation Policy
CalorieFeed Cancellation Policy
For purchases of memberships, CalorieFeed’s refund policy is as follows:
- If you purchased an annual membership and cancel that membership at any time during the first six months, your refund will be in the amount of 50% of the total payment for the annual membership. If you cancel after the first six months, you will not receive a refund. Refunds will be issued within 60 days.
- If you purchased a bi-annual membership and cancel that membership at any time during the first three months, your refund will be in the amount of 50% of the total payment for the bi-annual membership. If you cancel after the first three months, you will not receive a refund. Refunds will be issued within 60 days.
- If you purchased a monthly membership, your membership will be cancelled 30 days after CalorieFeed receives your notice of cancellation, and you will not be charged for the first billing for the month after the 30 days expires. But for any monthly charge incurred during the thirty days after CalorieFeed receives your notice of cancellation, you will be charged for that month. For example, if you cancel your monthly membership on day 20 of your fourth month, you will be charged for the monthly membership on the first day of fifth month, but will not be charged the monthly membership fee on the first day of the sixth month. Refunds will be issued within 60 days.
- For donations or pledges, there are no refunds.
- CalorieFeed reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy at any time and in its sole discretion.
